5. Loud & soft — velocity
A real drummer doesn’t hit every drum equally hard. Some hits are soft “ghost” taps, some are
normal, some are loud accents. .track gives you three strengths:

Velocity is what makes a beat feel alive instead of flat — the difference between a metronome and a real drummer.
Real name: velocity / dynamics — how hard a note is struck, which controls how loud (and often how bright) it is.
